1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data when you:

use our Free Hosting Review or any associated consultancy services (together, the “Service”).

4. Recipients of data

Selected hosting providers – only when needed to prepare an offer you specifically requested.
Affiliate networks / referral platforms – to record commission when you buy hosting through our link.
Service providers – analytics (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Ireland, HubSpot Inc.), CRM and cloud hosting partners.
Public authorities – if required by law or to defend legal claims.

5. International transfers

Some recipients (e.g. Google, HubSpot, US‑based hosts) may be outside the European Economic Area. When this occurs we rely on:

an adequacy decision of the European Commission; or
Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision EU 2021/914) plus supplementary measures where necessary.
